A World of Possibilities

Principality has an inspiring purpose that’s been driving the business forwards for over a hundred years. However, employees felt disconnected and isolated from it. I wrote a treatment, art directed and creatively led the making of a short film to engage and inspire. We captured the heart of Principality by heading to every corner of Cardiff to film local communities from food banks to refugee centres. Paired with archive footage and home videos, we painted a colourful picture of Principality’s proud past, tenacious present and exciting future.
